  • Visual Communication: The hero section, a prime area meant for grabbing user attention, failed to communicate Conturve’s value proposition. Additionally, the inconsistent color palette lacked brand identity.
  • Content Strategy: The website relied on lengthy, unedited text blocks, making it difficult for users to quickly grasp product benefits.
  • Data & Analytics: The absence of a data-driven approach limited Conturve’s ability to understand user behavior and identify conversion roadblocks.

Going From Frustration to Frictionless

To address these shortcomings, we implemented a data-driven redesign focused on user experience (UX) optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Here’s a breakdown of the key changes:

1. Navigation Revamp

  • Replaced the unstructured navigation with a clear, horizontal navigation bar positioned at the website’s top for easy access.
  • Expanded the navigation bar to include dedicated pages for key product categories (Shop, Shapewear, Weddings, Bras, Leggings), user account (Profile), search functionality, and shopping cart.

2. Hero Section Redesign

  • Introduced high-quality visuals featuring women to showcase the products.
  • Incorporated a compelling value proposition alongside the visuals. In the example you provided, this is a “Mother’s Day Sale, Up to 60% Off” message.
  • Implemented a clear call to action (CTA) button (“Shop Sale”) to guide users towards the product pages.

3. Content Optimization

  • Replaced lengthy text blocks with concise and informative product descriptions, making it easier for users to understand product features and benefits.

4. Building Trust & Social Proof

  • Introduced a section featuring infographic customer testimonials and reviews videos of social media influencers to build trust and social proof, influencing buying decisions.
