We focused on website design, user experience, data analysis, competitor analysis, and strategic optimization to drive lead generation.

Our major challenge was that Eulav lacked any online presence. To address this, we prioritized:

Increasing Website Traffic: Being a startup platform Eulav was still struggling to attract potential customers due to a lack of brand awareness and limited visibility in organic search (like Google). We conducted user research, targeted keyword selection for SEO using terms like “escrow.” We also focused on high-quality content creation to improve website ranking and capture organic traffic. The result was increased visibility in search results and a boost in website visitors.

  2. Improving Conversion Rates: Our goal was to convert visitors into customers. We optimized calls to action, designed effective lead forms (with options for a free trial or contacting sales), and streamlined the forms by minimizing the number of required fields. We also used gated content to incentivize visitors to provide contact details in exchange for valuable resources. These efforts resulted in a 10% increase in conversion rates, and 2% of website visitors submitting their information.

  3. Enhancing Brand Awareness and User Engagement: We lacked a central way to communicate our brand identity and cultivate trust. We built a website that embodied Eulav’s brand and clearly communicated its value proposition. It highlighted the problems Eulav solves, such as unsatisfactory delivery, non-receipt of payment, fake payments, and dissatisfaction with alternative transaction methods. The website outlined the Eulav process and integrated videos and images to illustrate how it works. This led to a 20% increase in average time spent on the website, a 15% reduction in bounce rates, and greater user engagement.
