Revivo had a designed website already when they reached out to us. Our major work was to upgrade their web app and give their users a way better experience in general.
Our first approach was to do a detailed market analysis, for a better understanding of the location and competitors for Revivo. Based on our research we created an audience persona, which kept us in check through the whole design process.
At the end of the process of redesigning their web app, we had improved exponentially customer experience and helped with more conversions
